How do I order?
The easiest method to order is through this website provided. GCC does welcome your calls and emails at any time. We are always reachable at 800.604.7000.

How can I pay for my order?
During checkout, GCC will securely collect your credit card information. After shipment of your order is complete, we will include any applicable shipping costs and your card will be charged for that amount. A receipt will be emailed to you for your records.

What is the normal lead time for receiving my merchandise?
Item lead times vary from just a few days for in domestically produced/stock items such as pants, shorts and most shirts and jackets. Overseas orders for custom hats, beanies, etc., do require a bit longer and may have lead times up to 75 days. For items produced overseas, we do list that time frame in the description of each item.

I need a size/color/item not shown in the options. Are additional items available?
Additional colors are certainly available as are additional sizes. And if you don’t see the size you need just contact us with your specific request and need - and in most cases we can have the size you need made or find an option for you. Need an item/style you don’t see? Simply email [email protected] and we will assist in finding what you need.

Are set-up, shipping and taxes additional charges?
Items ordered from this site will have no setup fees or color matches. Shipping charges are additional and we will ship UPS ground unless otherwise noted in the description for the item. Ground shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Where appropriate, sales tax will be added to your invoice; in most cases we are not required to collect sales tax from AAA.
